The successful candidate will be responsible for all QA / software testing activities at the company. He/she will be expected to formalize a small and effective QA organization that can be scaled up in the near future.

Qualifications & Requirements:

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of QA / testing methodologies
5+ years developing and executing software tests
Strong leadership abilities
Highly motivated self starter
Excellent problem solving & communication skills
Very strong analytical & technical skills
Mobile software testing experience is a big plus
Interest in gaming or experience in game testing is a big plus

Responsibilities include:

Developing and executing manual test plans of multiple software products (including games) running on mobile devices
Producing organized and well written test reports
Discover, document, track, and verify fixes to software defects
Working with Technical Support to reproduce customer-reported issues in a lab environment
Installing and configuring software on mobile devices
Mobile development experience is a big plus (Java ME , BREW, Symbian S60, Symbian UIQ, Windows Mobile, iPhone)
Maintaining the QA lab and phone inventory
