Dominic was responsible for the TMT practice at Diamond Cluster International in USA and therefore responsible for the wireless practice at Booz Allen.

During his career he has worked with nearly all American mobile operators and is a well-known expert in the wireless industry in the USA.

Dominic is a member of the Board of Directors of Catalytic Software, Inc. (portfolio company).

He received his MBA from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. He has published articles in journals such as Wireless Week and Telephony.
