Frank joined Egan-Managed Capital in 2001 with more than 10 years of technical and management experience in the design and development of complex software. As a partner, he currently sits on the Board of Directors for AptSoft and is actively involved in Nexaweb, OnePIN, Pyxis Mobile and Top Layer Networks. Previously, Frank led investments in Network Intelligence (acquired by EMC, NYSE:EMC) and RAIDCore (acquired by Broadcom, NASDAQ:BRCM).
Frank joined Egan-Managed Capital from Microsoft Corporation, where he was a Senior Program Manager in the Volume Licensing and Anti-Piracy Group. Before Microsoft, Frank worked as a financial systems architect at the International Finance Corporation (the private-sector investment arm of the World Bank Group) and Price Waterhouse. Prior to his work in financial services, Frank was a Systems Engineer at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Frank is a graduate of University of Maryland with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Finance. He earned his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Frank currently serves on the Executive Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge.
