Before joining Zeemote, Jim Adams was the general manager at Navarre Corporation, where he played a key role in increasing revenue from zero to $150m and completing the initial public offering. Following that, he was responsible for sales and channel marketing at Hasbro Interactive where revenue increased from $11m to $275m inside of three years. While serving as senior vice president for Acclaim Entertainment, Jim led seven profitable quarters as a result of a complete market overhaul.

Jim attended the University of Minnesota's College of Liberal Arts and graduated from the University's Minnesota Management Academy.
